“Heritage" secretary Styopa Safaryan referring to Raffi Hovannisyan’s opportunities in the presidential elections, said that his chances were quite high.

"Raffi Hovannisian is the freshest face of possible candidates, and as a presidential candidate, his opponents yield him according to political resources.

"But no matter the political scientists say that the President is elected in the first phase, I have the opposite claim. There are all conditions, the second phase is inevitable”, he said.
