We will go to elections with festive mood, Armenia’s PM says

Before the launch of the extraordinary congress of the Republican Party of Armenia Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan speaking to reporters said festive mood is dominating in the hall.

“The party will go to the presidential elections with the same mood,” the PM said.

“The congress is a key event for our party. Today we are going to nominate our leader Serzh Sargsyan as our candidate in the upcoming presidential elections. We are going to convey this mood to our party members,” he said.

Asked how he assesses Serzh Sargsyan’s election slogan “Toward Secure Armenia,” the PM said, “I think you will get the answer to your questions in the president’s speech.”
