Secured credit Armenia

Today I had to take a card from branch banking "Ardshininvestbank" at Metro Yeritasardakan.

After Serzh Sargsyan's speech,  I enthusiastically expected that I would get 15 times better service than two months ago. However, I was disappointed, going into the bank, I saw the line at the customer service department, which consisted of 15 people.

By the way, the customer service is just a small room with four employees, who serve all clients, and at the door of this room are  always at least 5 people.

About 2 hours, I stood in the line, and during this time, about 10 people, saying in their mind, "This is Armenia and that is all", went ahead me. 

Taking into the conversation the approval of Serzh Sargsyan, that today we have a growing civil society and press, which in terms of their freedom ahead of many countries, including more developed, have a longer history of democracy, me, as a representative of civil society and the media, can point out the existing problems and weaknesses in the banking system, hoping that soon they will be resolved.

The case, happened with me today, is proof that even the service sector, particularly banking operates on logic oligarchic system, on which are all areas of our economy.

And yet today it was a lot, because, not being able to cover Christmas expenses, they had to take the card "Nur" (Nur card loyalty program), in order to celebrate the New Year as it should be.

Getting "Nur card" implies registration of consumer credit, and the issuance of such consumer loans with relatively high interest rates is massive.

RA, taking into account the chosen direction of the banking system, the participation of the oligarchs in the banking sector is gradually transferred to the banking oligarchy.

That is, the military, then criminal, founded on fear and force. The oligarchic system is gradually being replaced by an oligarchy, based on the financial dependence of citizens.

And it is almost impossible to fight with the "civilized" members of this oligarchy. 

Thus, RA is gradually becoming a new millennium, we go to the "Safe Armenia", "secured credit Armenia."
