"168 Hours": Will Zurabyan be nominated as a presidential candidate?

ANC formed a belief that on December 22 during ANC congressLevon T er-Petrosyan will announce his nomination. They claimed that the issue could be resolved in 99 percent. 

Ter-Petrosyan's nomination was not discussed because it was considered more likely Tsarukyan's nomination, and then there was enough time to invite ANC conference.

This may also be asked not only because of ANC congress, but in order to show what remains from 2008 structure.

Although the ANC claims that Ter-Petrosyan will run, the belief is that Ter-Petrosyan will not take such a step, and the party will nominate Zurabyan's candidancy.

The point is that if ANC is nominated, forces could fail to use their right of veto.
