All universities have a responsibility to the public

Armen Ashotyan wrote in his Facebook page:

University summary of annual meetings launched by governing boards, during which university rectors and content of financial statements, budgets, the 2013 Anti-Corruption Action Plan for the implementation of projects and reports are discussed.

I have instructed to all state universities to site these documents after meetings on their official websites, so that everyone can learn and study it.
