"Zhohovurd": Why the Republican Party hides size of the sums disbursed?

September 22, 2012 once again burned the roof of the building of the central office of the Republican Party of Armenia.

The first time, a fire broke out on May 22, as a result of which the roof and second floor of the office were burnt.

Today the building of RPA, with significant changes is repaired.

The newspaper "Zhohovurd" for a long time has been trying to figure out how much money has been spent to renovate the building, but the ruling party is not willing to provide this information.

RPA spokesman Eduard Sharmazanov in an interview with the newspaper noted, that it was not his job: "What connection do I have with this? Please refer to the head of the Republican Party on organizational matters Rubik Tadevosyan."

In his turn Rubik Tadevosyan said that he was not informed. I wonder why the Republican Party hides the size of the sums disbursed?
