Armenia and EU discuss human rights issues
Political
Regular meeting of the Armenia-European Union (EU) discourse on the protection of human rights was held Tuesday in Brussels.
The two delegations discussed matters of mutual interest and the opportunities for cooperation in the domain of human rights, Armenian MFA press service informs.
Also, the parties exchanged views on several respective matters, and explored the avenues for cooperation—along the lines of human rights—within international organizations.
To note, the Armenia-EU dialogue on the protection of human rights has started in 2009. The respective talks are held once a year, in Yerevan and in Brussels successively.
