Some Armenian highways are impassable

RA Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that all highways in Armenia's on December 20 at 10.00 are mostly passable. 

Impassable highways are Aparan-Spitak (Tsaghkahovit-Alagyaz, Aragats-Lernapar, Vardablur) and Selim Pass.

Because of the strong snow storm and poor visibility roads of Otevan, Garnaovit and Hakko are closed.

On some sections the roads are icy. Clearing and salting works are in process.

Georgia’s Emergency Situations department reports that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for passenger transporting vehicles only and buses having up to 30 seats.
