Armenian businessman has been arrested in Moscow who was accused of assault

A Moscow-based Armenian businessman, who heads "Inprofstoy" construction company, has offered a reward for killing a former colleague. "Commersant" daily informs about this.
Hovik Aleksanyan, the CEO of the construction company Inporfstroy, ordered the murder of Armen Shahinyan on December 19, Lenta.ru reported.
To prevent the crime, the police imitated Shahinyan’s death, by using corresponding face powder. Employees of the Criminal Investigation Department learned of the murder plot back in September.
Alexanyan asked the contract killers to find Vladimir Tumanov, a former Defense Ministry officer, who had connections with the criminal world. He had promised of 3.5 million Russian roubles, approximately 113000 dollars to the person who would accept the deal.
Officers of the Criminal Investigation department met Tumanov as members of the gang, promising to kill Shahinyan for 2 million Roubles, approximately 65000 dollars.
In the meantime they informed him of an imminent attack against the businessman.
They were charged with Criminal Code, Article 30 of the first and second parts, in which they were expected life sentence. Now they are both arrested for two months.
