How General Manvel saved RPA

What happened yesterday in the Parliament, was from series of "unbelievable, but true."

RPA actually in a moment appeared in a critical situation.

During the adoption of the bill on Ethics Commission, RPA stood before the fact. 

Allegedly certain agreements were acquired with the opposition and "alternative".

But at the last moment, our opposition and "alternativists", according to their habits, changed their minds when they saw that the day already passed at noon, and at this time some of the "gold" MPs had a habit of disappearing in an unknown direction, and decided to play a trick on the Republicans.

"Prosperous Armenia", the Armenian National Congress and "Heritage" Parties announced that they would not participate in the vote. RPA has not considered that, in the case of non-participation, Republican votes would not be enough to make the bill.

Sahakyan immediately oriented and asked 20 minute break.

First arrived in the National Assembly Samvel Aleksanyan. Even without taking off his coat, he heard my reply, "the savior of the Republican Party came. Long live Samvel Aleksanyan," and said breathlessly: "I have not left, I have been here and have tea."

The deputies took their seats, began to look around the sides, to count how many deputies were missing, when Hovik Abrahamyan oriented and said, "It's time for break, 30 minutes break".

After a break in the hall there were miracles. Not only sick Arkadi Hambartsumyan arrived at NA, but in that short time General Manvel from Echmiadzin arrived at NA.

In the end, 70 voted for the bill. The bill was passed, and members of the Republican Party fell into ecstasy and they rejoiced: "Do you see what we did? Do not keep agreements? Now see what we'll do ... ".
