"Diego Maradona will become a boss of Iraq national football team", reports Canchallena.com

Diego will start his work with great dedication. The Iraq Football Association is in constant contact with him.

Maradona does not want to become the head coach of the Iraq squad for six months; he plans to head the team for a long time. The main objective of the Iraqi squad is to qualify for the 2014 World Cup.

In December, the association will decide on the financial terms Maradona’s contract,” France Football quotes an Iraq Football Association.

Maradona also headed Argentina's national football team.

It should be noted that the Iraq national football team in FIFA rating table occupies the 92th place.
