RA Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that at 09:00 on December 24 all highways in Armenia are mostly passable.

Sotk-Karvachar and Selim Pass highways are impassable.

Some sections of the road are icy. Clearing and salting works are in process.

Georgia’s Emergency Situations department reports that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed for all kinds of transport.
