At the 9th Congress Party of "Azatutyun" the "Republican" party leader Aram Sargsyan delivered a speech.

Welcoming the participants, he expressed a wish that the party's goals came into reality.

"I know Bagratyan well, he is a personality of real liberal ideas.

I have known him for a long time, when he was the head of an entire country, and I was a director, and then we passed together the "Armenian National Congress."

Times was hard time for our country and I greet that he has taken part in all the processes and is able to submit an application," said Aram Sargsyan.
