Is the U.S. interested to see Tigran Sargsyan as Prime Minister?

Tigran Sargsyan's visit to Harvard University and his lecture on international security was crowned with success.
However, few people paid attention to what characteristics did Harvard University. Cite the statement of the text.

We can assume that the U.S. is interested in Tigran Sargsyan remain as Prime Minister because, in spite of everything, he supports economic reforms, at least for Americans.
It seemed that after heavy American days Prime Minister was to deal exclusively other things, but Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan immediately after his arrival addressed condolence message to U.S. vice President Joe Biden.
