Is the U.S. interested to see Tigran Sargsyan as Prime Minister?

Tigran Sargsyan's visit to Harvard University and his lecture on international security was crowned with success.

However, few people paid attention to what characteristics did Harvard University. Cite the statement of the text.

"Tigran Sargsyan was elected Prime Minister in 2008. He is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia." 

Within the regional power struggles Armenia tries to solve its own problems, without opposing cooperation with Russia, the European Union and the United States.

As Prime Minister Sargsyan is known as an apologist for the economic reforms, trying to raise the global competitiveness of the country. 

It is not a secret that such representation is not accidental. Harvard University is one of the research and training centers in the U.S., where you create foreign policy philosophy of world security and democracy.

We all know that in the way to democracy in our country there are many obstacles, and we all understand that realizing the reforms are far from becoming a prosperous country.

We can assume that the U.S. is interested in Tigran Sargsyan remain as Prime Minister because, in spite of everything, he supports economic reforms, at least for Americans.

It seemed that after heavy American days Prime Minister was to deal exclusively other things, but Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan immediately after his arrival addressed condolence message to U.S. vice President Joe Biden.

Is it an accident that on that day Premier registered in Twitter, and the first for whom he follows is Joe Biden?
