Is Hrant Bagratyan's decision affected Levon Ter-Petrosyan's decision?
Political
Today the first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan announced he would not run for RA presidency.
Lurer.com talked about this with NA ANC MP Lyudmila Sargsyan, who said that she respected Ter-Petrosyan's decision.
"Levon Ter-Petrosyan is still for me the wisest politician. I'm sure he has had good reasons for making such a decision, so he remains a leader for us, and with this decision, the ANC will take the right decision," said Sargsyan.
P.S. It is possible that ANC member, former Prime Minister Hrant Bagratyan's decision to run for 2013 presidental elections affected Ter-Petrosyan's decision.
Perhaps Bagratyan hurried, may be he should have to wait for the decision?
I think in this case it will be right that the ANC will boycott the presidential elections, as in the case of Levon Ter-Petrossian's non-participation, the political field is empty, and the nomination of other candidates just legitimizes Serzh Sargsyan's re-election.
