Syrians' general problem is job and flat

Armenia’s Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received on Tuesday Ms Irina Saghoyan, Country Director, Save the Children, and Program Manager Philip Hovhannisyan.

The aim of the meeting was to find the ways of resolving some problems of Syrian Armenians. Minister Hakobyan said that Armenia’s Ministry of Diaspora is coordinating the work. She presented the work done in cooperation with other government agencies. Ms Hakobyan noted that employment and housing remains Syrian Armenians’ major problems.

The Save the Children representatives informed Minister Hakobyan that, on the basis of the available information, they will apply to international donors for funds.
