My respect to Levon Ter-Petrosyan

Press Secretary of Gyumri Mayor Zohrap Yeganyan published a record on his Facebook page, which says:

"Levon Ter-Petrosyan will not run, the first president of our independent republic is out of the policy. I respect him as a symbol of our country, he leded the country in a very difficult time and with the second and imcumbent President created the independence of Artsakh.

Of course, Levon Ter-Petrosyan's reign had negative sides, but still this is not only his guilty, we are all guilty. My respect to Levon Ter-Petrosyan."
