"Haykakan Zhamanak": Another absurd decision: the building of the Armenian Foreign Ministry will be put up for auction

Department of State Property Management of Armenia at the next meeting of the government will present a bill for an auction the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

This building, notes the newspaper, with the decision of the government, has already been sold. On October 4 the building was sold to the company "Tango", belonging to Eduardo Ernekyan.

No information on the cancellation of the decision was not published, and suddenly the government decided to auctionthe building. What is the cause of this absurd decision? Perhaps Ernekian has changed his mind and does not want to buy the building.

However, it is more likely that he has decided to buy it at a public auction, to avoid further allegations that he has paid a bit for it. Auction is unknown, the starting price is 52 million dollars.
