President Sargsyan met "Western Armenian National Congress" officials

Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan met with Western Armenian National Congress international NGO Vice Presidents Norat Ter-Grigoryants and Karen Mikaelyan.

Ter-Grigoryants and Mikaelyan informed the president about the plans of the NGO that deal with the protection of the interests and rights of the progeny of Western Armenians—the Armenian former citizens of the Ottoman Empire—, the President’s Press Office informs.

In his turn, President Sargsyan noted that it is indispensable to use the lessons of history, and to manifest a realistic national, state, and political thinking in the pursuit of the Armenian Issue.
