1. 2. Unacceptable position of sport management that Top Ten is compiled by the non-governmental organization acting "independent and self," and they have no right to interfere in the "election".

3. As you know, the sports authorities of such elections explain the fact that the choice of the Top Ten have been carried out, taking into account only athletic performance, that is, the received medals.

4.It is not possable to provide the best sports ten, which basically the public mood has. The fact, that in the top ten there was no place for any footballer, at a time when the entire football world is talking today about the national team midfielder Henrik Mkhitaryan, and the latter as a result of the survey has been given only 52% of the votes, according to news.am.

5. If the Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs is ready to bring other arguments that way you get the list of the best athletes of the year, I am ready to debate with him live and show the leadership of national sport, they make serious mistakes.

6. If the Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs will refuse my offer to debate, it becomes a fully self-justification that being N1 responsible in this area, he not able to influence the course of events in their sphere. Thus, it is only natural, as an honorable way out of this situation, expect the resignation of Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs "
