Ex-Minister of Forign Affairs of NKR, polotician Arman Melikyan posted a record on his Facebook page, in which made the following statement:

"Analyzing the created political situation in the country and taking into account the foreign policy challenges, I have decided to run for the presidency in the upcoming February 18, 2013 presidential elections."
