According to the newspaper "Aravot", a physicist, the candidate for presidency Mher Hayrapetyan has not paid the election deposit of 8 million drams and submitted to the Central Election Commission only required for the nomination documents without the receipt of collateral. He has so far made a deposit of 1,000 drams to the Central Bank.
