"Hraparak": Governor's son - adviser in RA NA

In the staff of the National Assembly of the Press Secretary of the Republican Party of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov has an adviser named Karen Grigoryan, who is not less famous Republican Governor of Gegharkunik region Rafik Grigoryan's son. Karen Grigoryan was appointed adviser to obtain Sharmazanov for his office, but almost never came to work.
