The midfielder ofMadrid "Real" and the German national team Mesut Ozil was the best football player in Germany in 2012, according to Sport1.de.

A survey conducted by the German Football Board, 24-year-old Ozil has received 33% of votes. Second place was given to Italian striker "Lazio" Miroslav Klose - 14%. Top three locked Dortmund midfielder "Borussia" and the German national team Marco Royce - 12%.
