RA Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that all highways in Armenia's on December 31 are mostly passable.

Only Selim Pass is closed.

On some sections the roads are icy. Clearing and salting works are in process.

Georgia’s Emergency Situations department reports that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for passenger transporting vehicles only and buses having up to 30 seats.
