Accident in the village Sasunik: 1 victim, 3 injured

On January 1st at 23:20 the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations received a signal that in Aragatsotn region, not far from the village Sasunik happened an accident, there were victims, and the rescuers' help was needed. A crew arrived at the scene.

It turned out that «Volkswagen» with state numbers 32 014 and "VAZ-2109" with the state numbers 68 օս 816 collided. Before firefighters' and rescuers' arrivals, victims with physical injuries of varying degrees W. Tsaturyan / born in 1960 / M. Tsaturyan / 1959 / S. Hakobyan / born 1985 / and E. Zargaryan / born in 1992 / with the help of local forces were taken to the medical center Ashtarak. B. Tsaturyan died on the way. Doctors measure the victims' health as moderate.

The police found out that «Volkswagen's» driver was Sasunik village resident Aghvan Balasanyan and "VAZ-2109's" driver was Armavir's resident, 30-year-old Sergey Hakobyan. A criminal case on the second part of the 242nd article of the Criminal Code is under investigation.
