RA Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of 10:00 December 3, all roads in Armenia are mostly passable.

In some parts of the road of Selim are icy. Clearing and salting works are in process.

According to Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department, Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed to all types of vehicles.
