CEC will address defective documents of the candidates for the president

Today at 12.00 in the administrative building of the Central Election Commission of Armenia will be a meeting in which the documents of the submitted candidates will be checked for registration as a presidential candidate in the upcoming February 18 RA presidential elections.

The Central Election Commission has sent a notice of eight candidates submitted documents which are incomplete: President of the National Federation of Karate of  Armenia Taron Abrahamyan, President of the NGO "Armenian-Russian public organization", Robert Aharonyan, lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights Ruben Ayvazyan, physics Mher Hayrapetyan, leader of "National accord" Aram Harutyunyan, Director of the National press Club, the lecturer of the Armenian State pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan Narine Mkrtchyan, pensioner Pavlik Sargyian and the chairman of the NGO "Kashatagh" Robert Simonyan.
