"Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun": One of these days the first group of OSCE observers will arrive in Armenia

The period to submit their documents expired on December 19 presented by the OSCE / ODIHR (Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights), during which the observers would follow the upcoming presidential elections on February 18.
