Which problem should decide the presidential candidates according to RPA MP Arpine Hovannisyan?

MP from the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), a member of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Arpine Hovannisyan, in an interview with Lurer.com about the upcoming February 18 presidential elections this year, said:
"After the qualitatively new parliamentary elections in May and then the local government elections, we proceed to the next stage of the electoral process, and I think that we are ready to hold elections in the unprecedented high level. The struggle of the presidential candidates, I think will be competitive.
I think each of the candidates must submit his program and his representation in connection with the further development of the country. Republican Party, led by their leader, will move its way therefore its election program.
To the question whether she considers the candidates in the upcoming presidential elections as serious competitors to the incumbent President, the deputy said, "I think each of these candidates, and perhaps all together have the task to provide the citizens of Armenia who have opposing views, their programs, so also have the task of consolidation. I repeat, we will lead the campaign trail, they will lead theirs."
