Two candidates for presidency refused to continue the struggle

The presidential candidates in the upcoming presidential elections of 18 February, the coordinator of the socialist movement "Essence of Time" Robert Aharonyan and nonpartisan, head of the Armenian Federation of Combat Karate Taron Abrahamyan refused to fight for the post of President of Armenia. The andidates told about this at a joint press conference.
"I prefer not to participate in the elections and not to deceive the people. I decided to get out of the fight. Good luck to the rest of the candidates. I will vote for someone whose program I like the most," said the coordinator of the socialist movement "Essence of Time" Robert Aharonyan.
The same opinion expressedTaron Abrahamian, who believed that the incumbent president had suffered ideological defeat.
"I will give my vote to the candidate whose ideology is close to the Russian. After the elections, the real fight will begin, Abrahamyan said, and assured that he would prove his ideology that in Armenia there was a real radical opposition.
Note, that yesterday, the member of the party "Prosperous Armenia", self-promoted Ruben Ayvazyan also declined his fight for the presidency.
