"The presidential elections can not affect the price of the real estate. On Monday in an interview with the newspaper "168 Hours," said the chairman of the Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia Yervand Zakharyan.
"Not only in Armenia, but also all over the world it is in such a way, as there are citizens, people, businessmen who are waiting, what will be, who will be the head of the republic, how the National Assembly will be organized, what economic policy will be carried out?
In my opinion, today we have released a little of this, because we know that we have already established and operates the National Assembly and it is already clear who will be the President of Armenia. That is, changes in economic programs, economic policy are not expected, and that is what I mean when I say that the amount of investment in the Republic of Armenia will increase, contributing to economic growth respectively," said Zakharyan, stressing that the presidential elections will have a very positive impact in this area.
