The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) on January 12 submitted the list of the most popular players of the world.

The most popular in Europe became the midfielder of Armenian National team and Donetsk "Shakhtar" Henrik Mkhitaryan, he got 35,063 points.

Edin Dzeko (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Miroslav Klose (Germany), Branislav Ivanovic (Serbia), Eugene Linnet (Ukraine), Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal), Francesco Totti (Italy) and Lorik Zahn (Albania) followed Mkhitaryan.
