A prisoner in "Sevan" penitentiary annonced hunger strike and sewed up his mouth

On the night of January 16 in the penitentiary of the Ministry of Justice "Sevan", the prisoner the Kamo Papyan announced hunger strike and sewed his mouth. In a conversation with Lurer.com the spokesman for the Department for Execution of Punishments Gor Glechyan said.

"He suffers from schizophrenia. Thus he requires a meeting with the Russian Ambassador to Armenia Vyacheslav Kovalenko, Chief of RA Police Vladimir Gasparyan and photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan."

The prisoner does not note, for what purpose he wants to meet with those people.
