"Hraparak": ANC to discuss the idea of ​​turning the Congress into party

According to the newspaper "Hraparak", the subject of internal debate ANC was the idea of turning the Congress into party. This idea is not so new: even after the elections in May in Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan instructed Gagik Dzhangiryan to study the issue and the legal framework for the adoption of such a decision.

The fact is that in case of becoming a party, enough questions will be solved, including the question of a successor, but there will also be new challenges. On the other hand the question arises, who wants to join in the party, destroying their own, even if the ADP has no single approach to this issue.
