"Hraparak": "Free Democrats" will support Hrant Bagratyan

On the eve Alik Arzumanyan on TV told about the presidential elections in Armenia and expressed his bewilderment as to why Armenian National Congress did not support Hrant Bagratyan's candidancy, who behaved correctly and never deviated from the "lines" of the ANC.

He also said that they would not support Raffi Hovannnyisan: "rhetoric" of the latter is much closer to the ARF "Dashnaktsutyun", and they are fond of liberal views, as Hrant  Bagratyan has.

Yesterday the newspaper "Hraparak" learned that the party "Free Democrats" in the coming days will make a statement of support for Hrant Bagratyan's candidancy.

Prior to that, such a statement was made by Sos Gimishyan with his party "Christian democratic renaissance" and Chairman of the "Human Rights 96" Ruben Torosyan. According to the newspaper, a large number of individuals want to express his support for Hrant Bagratyan, including members of the ANC.
