"Hraparak": Bagger kicked out of Center

Yesterday one of the “Hraparak” correspondents witnessed how the special police detachments were kicking a boy-bagger out of the center of Yerevan.

They told the bagger they didn’t want to see him in the Center of Yerevan anymore.

"It is clear that such view in the center of Yerevan is not so pleasurable, especially on the eve of the elections. However, bagging is not a crime, and it would be better if the social services could interfere instead of the police”, writes the newspaper.
