Dead bodies of militants of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party, Sakine Cansiz, Fidan Dogan and Leyla Soylemez, killed in the capital of France last week, were brought to Istanbul, Anadolu agency reported on Thursday.
The militants' bodies were delivered to Turkey by an aircraft of Turkish Airlines (Türk Hava Yolları).
It is expected that the bodies will be sent from Istanbul to Diyarbakir.
Kurdish militants were killed in Paris by firearms on Jan.10. One of those killed - Sakine Cansiz - was one of the founders of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has previously called for an investigation into the incident, and demanded French President Francois Hollande to explain the reasons why he kept in contact with the terrorist PKK. Earlier Hollande said that he and other politicians knew one of the dead PKK members.
The conflict between Turkey and the PKK has lasted for over 25 years.
The PKK is recognised as a terrorist organisation by both the UN and the EU.
