Today, the Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received the founder and director of multicultural school N 1650 of Moscow Ofelia Arakelyan and honored Armenian school teacher at the Armenian community of Kiev Karine Tumagayan.

Honored teachers of the Armenian Diaspora Ofelia Tumagayan and Karine Arakelyan were awarded with "William Saroyan" medal of RA Ministry of Diaspora for their contribution to the strengthening of community bonds of Diaspora, as well as for the dissemination activities of the Armenian culture in the Diaspora.

A few days ago the world middleweight champion of the WBO Artur Abraham was awarded by the Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, RA Ministry of Diaspora, "Boghos Nubar".
