Russia’s Ministry of Health confirmed on Saturday reports that a bus carrying Russian tourists in France had crashed, injuring 20 people, according to a ministry spokesman.
Officials say 20 Russian citizens were injured when the bus turned over early Saturday morning in the southeastern town of Chambery. Seventeen people were lightly injured, while three were left with more severe - but not life-threatening - injuries.
Ministry officials are currently working with their French counterparts to resolve the situation, the spokesman added.
