Henrik Mkhitaryan turns 24 (video)

Today, on January 21, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Armenian National Team and Shakhtar’s Armenian midfielder, turns 24.

Henrik Mkhitaryan was born on 21 January 1989.

Shakhtar’s top scorer of the 2012/13 season has already set a new goal-scoring record (18 goals) in the first part of the championship and has repeatedly been named the best in various categories. But in spite of numerous awards, Henrikh gives his all in every game.

In the season 2012/2013 Premier League of Ukraine Henrik set the record of Ukrainian championships, scoring a first-round 18 goals.

Mkhitaryan was awarded the prize "The Star", which was awarded by the newspaper "Sport-Express" to the best player of the year in the CIS and Baltic countries.

Henrik Mkhitaryan was recognized as the best player of Armenia in 2009, 2011, 2012.
