Trial of the soldier, died of chickenpox, postponed

On January 21 at 12:00 was set a hearing on the death of the deceased in Yerevan "Nork" hospital of the conscript Hayk Khachatryan.

The court session was postponed due to advocate's health.

Note, that 18-year-old Hayk Khachatryan, died on Dec. 30 in Yerevan infectious diseases hospital "Nork".

As the Department of Public Relations of the Ministry of Defense Investigative Service of Armenia reports, a criminal case on the grounds of part 2 of article 376 of RA Criminal Code ("negligent attitude to service, negligently caused grave consequences") was initiated.

Earlier, the soldier's grandmother wrote to the number of media, in which she noted that her grandson, Hayk Khachatryan, died of chickenpox "because of negligence of medical personnel of a military unit."
