President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Jean-Claude Mignon has been reelected as the organization's president at the plenary session on Monday.
He will be chairman of the PACE within a year.
It should be noted that his election was formal, as there was no other candidate to this post.
