Samvel Balasanyan-founder of a new political reality

Mayor of Gyumri Samvel Balasanyan announced that he would support the incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan in the presidental elections. That is, a member of "Prosperous Armenia" has decided to ignore the opinion of the party and play his own game in the upcoming elections.

"In 2008 I also supported Serzh Sargsyan and I will support him in these elections," said Balasanyan.

In the election campaign in 2008 one of Serzh sargsyan's competitors was Artur Baghdasaryan, the inscription of which the party, "Rule of Law", as you know, was on Balasanyan's forehead. It is true, samvel Balasanyan have not erased the words "Rule of Law" (in response to reporters' questions, he only said that his forehead is quite wide and there was a place for inscriptions of PAP.

This question is of great interest to journalists after Balasanyan left the "Rule of Law" and joined the ranks of the PAP), but, in fact, with the words "Rule of Law", even before the membership of the PAP in 2007 Balasanyan ignored the party leader Artur Baghdasaryan, supporting the Republican candidate.

Of course, one thing is to support ordinary Balasanyan in 2007, another-mayor of Gyumri Balasanyan in 2012.

Thus, we can state that Samvel Balasanyan lays foundation of a new political reality in Armenia. Samvel Balasanyan has long above such narrow and limited concepts. Balasanyan should be called at least "a wide range of political activist," but the definition needs to be clarified and possibly editing. Balasanyan is than narrow party member, he can say, "member of many parties", and in this regard it is probably that he is not the only one in Armenia, but also in the whole region, especially in such a "capacious forehead," where only signs of leading parties are placed. Balasanyan is not associated with the minor parties.

The fact that Samvel Balasanyan has long suffered from political trivial concept and perception and was "a messenger" of completely new realities, especially in recent years, is impossible to hide.

PAP refrains from any support for the parliamentary elections in the constituency number 35, while Balasanyan announced that he would support the Republican Party member Arman Sahakyan, because it gave him a "male" word. In the presidential elections PAP announced that he would not participate because Tsarukyan did not declare his candidacy, it would not support anyone, Balasanyan again announced that he would support Serzh Sargsyan.

Samvel Balasanyan is not the figure, who is limited to a narrow partisan solutions. His caliber can not fit into the limited scope of a single party. Starting from this point Balasanyan is the founder of a new political culture in the Armenian political, and why only in the Armenian political, generally in the political reality.

Why limit yourself to only one party, if it is possible to work with multiple parties and therefore get more profits.
