Lori information website presents the first release initiative "All of us can help." Avetisyans' family, which consists of seven members, lives in one of the houses in the quarter-huts huts in Vanadzor entitled "Bulgharakan" (Bulgarian).

There are five young children in the family. 8-year-old Manuk is disabled from childhood. The youngest is one month. House in which 7 members of the family live, are deprived of basic amenities. The children have no warm clothes, the doctors have prescribed the newsborn extra food, but the parents can not afford to buy food because of lack of money.

The newborn also does not have clothes. Father of a large family is engaged in pig production and receives 30,000 AMD, which he may pay a debt for heating. Lori information website within "all of us can help" initiative  presents Avetisyans' family's story, a story that is actually cruel.
