"Haykakan Zhamanak": Vardan Ghukasyan wants to crown his son a "thief in law"

Yesterday finally the rumors were confirmed, that the son of the former Mayor of Gyumri Vardan Ghukasyan Spartak left Armenia, despite the travel ban.

The day before yesterday "Haykakan Zhamanak" turned to the information department of the RA Police to clarify their information.

The Information Department asked several times for time to answer and finally did not answer. It is not hard to guess that for this one day, the police falsified documents for the rule of law for Spartak Ghukasyan.

Yesterday the police said that Spartak had already introduced the relevant document and in order to treat urgently went to Moscow. Note that, according to rekiable information, Spartak Ghukasyan went to Moscow to take part in the funeral of criminal "authority" Ded Hassan.
