Tigran Sargsyan's gratitude to "Flash" Barsegh

This year the Ministry of Agriculture is going to provide the villagers cheap diesel. The farmers will be provided with more than 17 million liters of fuel; 1 liter for 350 drams. Today the market price of diesel is within 490 drams. It's true, the villagers will be provided with fuel for 350 AMD, but it will be bought with the market price, that is, for 490 drams.

The difference will be subsidized by the government, that is, the remaining 140 AMD will be paid from the state budget. By the way, compared to last year, this year the government is prepared to provide the villagers more fuel.

The fact, that the provision of cheap diesel can somewhere be considered government's generosity, but taking into account this fact, we can simultaneously speak about Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan's resourcefulness; with this step Sargsyan solves two problems.

It is true, there also has to be a tender, after which only becomes clear who will be the supplier of diesel fuel, but, to our knowledge, this is only a formal official ceremony because the provider has already known.

The government is preparing to buy diesel fuel from the company "Flash" (as we know, the issue of supply of gasoline the Government also preferred company "Flash"). Barsegh Beglaryan sponsors Tigran Sargsyan.

Naturally, such support in the political field does not remain unanswered, and is compensated four or even ten times. Supply of cheap diesel villagers is in the context of just such "support". Tigran Sargsyan, buying from the company "Flash" 17 million liters of fuel, takes an opportunity to thank his benefactor once again (of course at the expense of the state, not by his own pocket), while having received the gratitude of the villagers.

The Minister of Agriculture is responsible for organizing competitive elections of large organizations, importing fuel and fertilizer, to provide subsidies for the implementation of programs. 

Moreover, diesel fuel will be given 1 liter for 350 drams, one bag of fertilizer with a weight of 50 kg for 6000 drams. With Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan's observation, the feature of the two programs is that this year the amount of support has increased, so that it can be assumed that processed land also increased its significantly.
