Shooting in one of the cafes on Abovyan street in Yerevan

On January 23 around 23:10 Yerevan Police officers, on suspicion of disorderly conduct, in one of the cafes on Abovyan street detained 13 citizens.

According to the website of Police Vaghinak G. / born in 1977 / Arman A. / born in 1973 / Gevorg E. / born in 1990 / Arthur M. / born in 1978 / Mushegh A. / born in 1977 / Armen A. / born in 1982 / Michael M. / born in 1985 / Armen G. / born in 1979 / Hrachya I. / born in 1981 / Arthur A. / born in 1977 / Vahram A. / born in 1976 / Artem I. / born in 1984 / and Garry M. / born in 1977 / were detained.

In the department, with Garry M.'s personal search pistol "Makarov" was detected, loaded with six bullets, and Arthur A. -gas pistol "Auto With 5" with four bullets.

The investigation group of the incident found that on the same day around 22:30 Garry shot twice from his gun.

One sleeve was found during the examination of the scene.

Guns and sleeve were sent for examination.

Garry M. was arrested.

Concerning to the facts a criminal case according to the characteristics of the 1st part of Article 235 of RA Criminal Code and 1st Part of Article 258 of RA Criminal Code was launched.
