Nikol Pashinyan's "Civil contract"

Member of the Armenian National Congress, deputy of parliamentary group Nikol Pashinyan has promised to present a paper entitled "civil contract", which contains representations of the contours of the tasks, goals and means of the struggle for a free and happy Armenia.
Concisely summarize the main points of the project.
The contractor should:
a) Never migrate from Armenia; joining people from the diaspora to the contract means its commitment over the next five years to take the process to resettle permanently in Armenia.
b) In the case of the outbreak of large-scale hostilities by Azerbaijan against Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh if necessary to join the army to defend the country, which means that as a volunteer to go to the place of military events, or engage in the kind of activity that will directly ensure military success in Armenia.
c) To renounce violence, recognizing the right to the protection of every citizen of the Republic of Armenia as well as the whole society. Contractors are considered also as an act of violence rigged elections, willful failure to disclose a crime, restrictions on freedom of speech.
d) Without limiting the terms follow the relevation of March 1st, 2008 and October 27th, 1999 terrorist attacks and other murders that have received publicity.
e) Finally, without time limitations monitor, study and analyse the state of the property of persons ever occupying the post of the President of Armenia, the Prime Minister, MPs, ministers, heads of agencies under the government, prosecutors and other leadership positions.
The participants of the contract agree:
a) The main national function of the Republic of Armenia as a state is the centralization of the human, economic, financial and mental capacity of the territory of Armenia and the security and development of this potential.
b) The main duty of the Republic of Armenia's for its own citizens is to ensure their safety and welfare.
