"Hraparak": Emergency situation in Masis

It seems that there is emergency situation in Masis. According to the newspaper "Hraparak" it' a a week as Traffic Police cars in the city was more than civilian cars. Yesterday drivers told the newspaper that the Traffic Police came from the capital and emerged as hunting, stop any car.
